OUR VISION

The Villa was transformed into a boutique event venue in 2021 by owner Jodie Michèle. With a vision of creating an intimate venue focused on community and connection, Jodie renovated the space with thoughtfulness and intention.

Known for her distinctive approach to cultivating welcoming environments that encourage authenticity, Jodie is fueled by the belief that gathering is less about following a perfect formula and more about creating personalized, meaningful experiences through beautiful execution and seamless style.

The Villa has been recognized as a 2026 Best of Weddings winner in Coastal Virginia Magazine and the 2026 Top Wedding Vendor in Virginia Living Magazine.
